In some areas, education has taken great strides in recent dates. With greater attention on IT, Physical Education and basic grammar, one can be forgiven for thinking things are ok. However, as you approach adulthood, you’ll realise there are gaping holes in the education system where society can improve. That’s the focus of this article, to pinpoint four areas where education needs more work.
Gambling
In the UK, an individual only needs to turn 18 to be legally allowed to gamble. Unfortunately, the education system hasn’t fully prepared young adults in the pitfalls of gambling. Many young adults turn to gambling as a quick win, in the hope of winning a jackpot prize. This is bad news, if a young man or woman wins at their first attempt, they may ignorantly think they can win all the time. On the other hand, if they lose, they may chase losses.
